Here’s the thing— I’m not an earrings person. I’ve had my ears pierced since forever, and could show you on both hands how many times I’ve worn earrings in the past fifteen years. I can’t wear most earrings because I’m allergic to the metal, and I’m not always pumped about the price of the earring I can wear.

But I’ve always loved the idea of earrings (I think they make me look a bit more grown up, does anyone else feel this way when they wear earrings?). The first pair of earrings I owned were a pair of kitty cats. Because I was a cool kid.
