A LETTER FROM STACIE:
At Design Jamboree, my hope is to help celebrate you and your biggest life events through creativity and care. I want to snap photos and design brands customers can't help but put on display. I want the card you send to those you cherish most to be the card they put on their fridge for everyone to see. I want your Family Photo Session pictures to be the ones you blow up real big and put over your faux fireplace. I want my photos to remind you of your love for you spouse, ten years after you’re married.

We use contracts and require downpayment for our Photography sessions. This is to help protect our time and creativity and to protect you as our customer get what you ask for. It keeps us all accountable and life is pretty busy, so a little accountability is always useful. :) If you would like to take a look at one of our contracts to see more detailed terms and conditions, feel free to contact Stacie at email@example.com

Returns and exchange details
I, Stacie, the owner and maker at The Vow Collective, take joy in creating handwritten paper products. Seriously, I quit an 8-5 so I can connect with, collaborate with, and celebrate love with people like you. I'm happy to creatively aid your marriage and family that it may stand the test of time.
My goal with this business is to provide custom visuals to help marriages stand the test of time. My goal is to creatively give you a personable product that reminds you of who you are and who you want to be every time you look at it. I value serving my customers with integrity and honesty. Every piece I create in this shop is customized to your specifications and written out with care and intention.
In light of that, I have a non-refundable policy for all customized products, but if my product is not what you thought it would be, I want to work with you to give you the product you want and need.
Because I send a draft of every final product to my customers, I do not re-print or fix any spelling errors you see in your product once it has been shipped and you have approved of the final product.
It's insured because I love you and want you to enjoy your product, but I also know accidents happen.
Broken or lost packages WILL BE replaced (I make sure to insure every package I send).
While I print with the highest quality and most affordable printer, if you see a discrepancy in your printing, please let me know and send a picture of the discrepancy. I will happily reprint (not refund, but reprint and send you the reprint on the house!).
Let's communicate if you are unhappy with your product or, especially, if you are happy with your product!
Over-communicating is better than not communicating!

I have a 8.25% tax rate on our items.
I Accept Cancellations:
Because of the nature of my custom orders and the quick turnaround time I want to get my clients their products, you have a 24 hour window to cancel your order and receive a refund. Any order not cancelled after 24 hours will not be eligible for refund.
Shipping is included in your overall price. Tax, however, is not.
This shop consists of custom calligraphy orders that need time to craft and assemble. It takes about 2 four weeks in advance for your order to be processed, created, approved by you, and finally, shipped.
Every package is insured, so if for some reason your frame breaks in the mail or your order does not arrive, I've got you covered.
You will receive a tracking confirmation once your package has been shipped.
International Orders can expect a 3-5 week order to delivery experience.
I'll make sure to communicate with you any delay in shipping timeliness, (that’s why you leave your email with me when you fill out my purchasing form, isn’t that convenient for us all?!) however, I strive to ship all items on time. I'm a one woman business, your patience is always valued. You WILL be notified if your order is taking longer than three weeks to get to you.

Your privacy is our priority. Sharing your information with others or selling your information to others is an abomination in our eyes, an act we will never partake in. The information we have on you is really just in case we need to get in contact with you to chat about the product you ordered. Your credit card information isn’t stored anywhere. We aren’t creepers like that. We’re down to have safe and secure purchases only--- we’re pretty sure you are too. We’ll contact you, our customer, if anything seems fishy about an order we receive in your name. We will also ask for permission to post your photographs or designs before we show them off on our website. We like looking out for us and for you. Sound good? We think so.
